Symphony Commerce is a Red Herring Top 100 Global Award Winner!
Symphony Commerce is very proud to announce that it has won the Red Herring Top 100 Global, 2015 Award. As one of the industry’s most coveted acknowledgments, the Red Herring Top 100 Global Awards include some of the most exciting startups from the all over the world.
The selection process includes vetting thousands of privately held companies, with the award going to the best 100 out of a highly competitive pool of candidates. The selection panel hand-picks each of the 100 based on more than 20 criteria, which includes: market maturity, growth rate, disruptiveness of the solution in its market, technological advantage, CEO/team track record, and more.
Red Herring’s Top 100 Global list has become the benchmark for identifying the best and brightest startups in the world today. Red Herring editors were the first to recognize Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, Skype, Salesforce.com, YouTube, and eBay as companies who would eventually and comprehensively shift the way we live and work.
“Symphony is freeing brands from the constraints of building out their own commerce infrastructure,” said Harish Abbott, CEO of Symphony Commerce. “Brands should succeed by the strength of their story and their product, they shouldn’t be judged by their ability to build out their own web store, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. Our purpose is to allow brands to provide the best possible commerce experience for any brand, and that requires brands to have world-class infrastructure to act as a foundation for their growth. We provide that infrastructure as a service so brands can focus solely on their products and their story.”
“Choosing the companies with the strongest potential was by no means a small feat,” said Alex Vieux, publisher and CEO of Red Herring. “After rigorous contemplation and discussion, we narrowed our list down from hundreds of candidates from across the globe to the Top 100 Winners. We believe Symhony embodies the vision, drive and innovation that define a successful entrepreneurial venture. Symphony should be proud of its accomplishment.”View Author’s posts
